Search Gene Annotations
Option 1: Search for a list of gene/EST IDs that present on the chip. Please paste gene/EST IDs below. IDs can be delimited with any type of space (space, tab, or carriage return). An example is given below.
Option 2: Search for transcripts annotated with functions of interest, in natural language. An example is given below.
Option 3: Search for transcripts annotated with particular gene ontology (GO) terms. You may query by multiple GO IDs or GO names. One query per line only. GO terms should be in format of GO:XXXXXXX. An example is given below.
Option 5: Search for transcripts annotated with particular KEGG gene bincodes (*). Please paste gene bincodes below. Bincodes can be delimited with any type of space (space, tab, or carriage return). An example is given below.
